Melbourne-born, LA based singer/songwriter, Banoffee, turns her pain and family trauma into music on her debut studio album, Look At Us Now Dad – which was released in February. She represents a new wave of pop, being described as one of pop music’s “recent great forward thinkers” (FACT).

Glamorous and flamboyant Scottish band, Walt Disco, are Glasgow’s latest indie offering. Influenced by ‘80s post-punk Scottish bands like The Associates and Orange Juice, this post-punk band’s sound is an eclectic mix of pop, new romantic, goth, rock and punk.

Four-piece Larkins are set to be Manchester’s next big band, their music consists of big anthems and infectious indie hits. They released their EP, Hit and Run, in February which has themes of love, feeling lost and the state of the current political climate.

Rising star 19-year-old Griff hails from London – her powerful voice is teamed with vulnerable lyrics. She plays, writes and largely produces her own music and she released her latest single, Good Stuff, in February.

Georgia mashes together electro-pop, R&B and ‘80s sounds. Last year she performed at Glastonbury Festival and won the Association of Independent Music's One to Watch. She released her second studio album, Seeking Thrills, in January.

Texas-based duo, Black Pumas provide a modern take on funk and soul music. They released their debut self-titled album last year and were nominated for Best New Artist at this year’s Grammy Awards.
